Three day weekends rule! Finally had a chance to fire up the lathe and take my first step into a bigger world. After spending some time on some scrap pieces of metal, I finally got my lathe dialed in to making some decent cuts. It's made from parts from The Custom Saber Shop that I modified. The emitter is MHS compatible and was purchased from ebay. I put the grooves into the body of the saber and knurled the grip. I also powder coated it with a low gloss black, re-grooved it and polished it. All that's left is to wire it up and give it a name.
